3rd ANNUAL JEWLICIOUS SUMMERFEST TO COMBINE MUSIC, CULTURE AND SUMMER CAMP FUN
Jewlicious will present the third annual SummerFest, Music and Summer Camp Festival, from August 16-19th in Brandies, CA. (aka Camp Jewlicious) The festival will bring participants back to summer camp for concerts performed by world-renown musicians, gourmet food, and a weekend steeped in cultural experiences at the historic Brandeis Bardin Campus of American Jewish University.
Festival attendees will also take delight in the numerous community and recreational activities that will be held throughout the weekend. Activities to be offered include horse-back riding, rock-climbing, midnight hikes, bonfires, swimming, sports, yoga, Sabbath banquets, folk dance, yoga, wine and pickle making, and of course relaxing with friends in the scenic Simi Valley mountains.
"SummerFest is a unique time to return to summer camp as an adult, stay up all night dancing and explore the Jewish cultural experience,” noted Yonah Bookstein, founder and director of the Jewlicious Festival. “Participants can stay in hotel quality suites, bunks or camp-out on the lush lawns. The programming and activities are run by experts and the food is gourmet. SummerFest will be the best weekend of the summer by far. It’s a community celebration unlike any other this summer.”
Three and four day pre-sale tickets passes start at $60 and include concerts, programming, housing in bunks, cottages, or camping, and three gourmet meals daily.
